ARRIVAL DAY
As you land at Kilimanjaro International airport or Arusha Airport thinking about Tarangire National Park, you’ll be warmly greeted by your experienced driver-guide, ready with a comfortable safari vehicle to kick off your Tanzanian adventure. We’ll ensure you have bottled mineral water and soft drinks for your comfort during the 45-50 minute road transfer to your chosen lodge or hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay. Your lodge or hotel stay includes bed, and breakfast.
DAY 01: DRIVE ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK FOR GAME DRIVES
At 8:00 am, following breakfast, your guide will pack your luggage and safari lunches for a 2.5-hour drive to Tarangire National Park for an authentic day of game drives, and game viewings. This expansive park boasts diverse landscapes, including woodlands, baobab trees, and flooded grasslands. You’ll enjoy thrilling game drives with chances to see lions, hyenas, zebras, elephants, wildebeests, and various bird species. Lunch at a picnic area, followed by more game drives en route to your lodge or camp for an overnight stay. Your lodge or camp stay includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
DAY 02: TRANSIT TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK VIA NGORONGORO AREA
Tanzania’s vastness offers endless opportunities for exploration and discovery. At 8:30 AM, following breakfast, embark on a captivating safari journey to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Traverse forest trails, reach the crater viewpoint for stunning views, and marvel at the diverse wildlife and bird species. You can choose to visit a Maasai boma for a brief cultural tour or stop at Olduvai Gorge, renowned for significant archaeological discoveries by Dr. Leakey and Mary Leakey. Lunch on the way followed by a scenic game drive en route to your lodge or camp for an overnight stay.

DAY 03: GAME DRIVES IN THE SERENGETI WITH AN OVERNIGHT IN NGORONGORO AREA
Set out on an early morning game drive, a unique opportunity to witness nocturnal predators returning from their hunts and the stirring of animals as they greet the day. With an area of 14,763 square kilometers, the remarkable Serengeti national park is teemed with diverse wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, leopards, cheetahs, warthogs, hyenas, and an abundance of bird species. The Serengeti also plays host to epic wildebeest migrations, in which millions of wildebeest and zebras intermingle, trailed by cunning predators. Depending on the season of the year, you will have a chance to experience this spectacle phenomenon. Lunchboxes are provided for your convenience. Later, continue your journey to Ngorongoro for an overnight stay at the lodge or camp. Your lodge or camp stay includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
DAY 04: GAME DRIVES IN NGORONGORO CRATER TO ARUSHA
As the African sun rises, enjoy breakfast and set off for Ngorongoro Crater. This vast volcanic caldera, encircled by towering walls, hosts a rich variety of wildlife and bird species, including the rare black rhinoceros. During game drives, you’ll encounter; hippos, ostriches, buffaloes, wildebeests, ibis stocks, starlings, lions, elephants, Kori bustards, crane birds, hyenas, gazelles, and many more fascinating creatures. After a day of exploration, ascend the crater walls and return to Arusha for an overnight stay at your hotel or lodge. Your lodge or hotel stay includes bed, and breakfast.
DEPARTURE DAY
Today is a leisure day, tailored to your flight schedule. You will be conveniently picked up from your hotel for transportation to the airport, where you’ll embark on your onward journey.
